With weekly check-ins, monthly weight goals, fitness classes, and daily steps of 15,000-20,000, I lost over 100 pounds by the end of the year! What an amazing feeling to see your body change and your dedication and efforts come to fruition. But what happens after you achieve your goal? The new year hit, and I felt lost and a little sad. The goal was smashed, but what do I do now?
